Le Querce
The cuisine of the "Le Querce" hotel restaurant, run by the same owners, is particularly meticulous, starting with the choice of ingredients, which must be genuinely sourced—partly from their own organic gardens. Fish, the basis of many dishes, is caught daily in Ponza's waters and prepared in many different ways.
The chef will let you taste delicious spaghetti with prawns and rocket, spaghetti with fish pulp, penne with monkfish, pasta and beans with mussels, ciambotta, Ponza salad, lentil or chickpea soup, swordfish alla marinara, mixed fried catch, Sicilian-style hake, stewed octopus, grouper with potatoes, and many other specialties of the island tradition.
Breakfast features homemade pastries and produce from our garden, including wonderful tarts with orange, apricot, plum, and fig jams.
